The compact storage system is the best solution for storing a high number of equal loads per reference, achieving a storage of high density.<\/p>\n

This system results in a superior storage capacity than pallet racking system (APR) for a given surface.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There are two ways according to the customer’s needs:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Drive-in (LIFO mode): the truck enters the lane to deposit\/pick up the pallet and leaves in the opposite direction). The block is loaded\/unloaded from one side; although a double-entry (back-to-back) block can be designed too.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Drive-through (FIFO mode): the truck can enter the lane from one end and exit at the other end.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The compact storage system is made up by sets of\u00a0<\/span><\/span>frame<\/span><\/span>s that form <\/span><\/span>loading lanes, with <\/span><\/span>rails<\/span><\/span>\u00a0where the pallets are supported.\u00a0<\/span><\/span> The truck enters the lanes, with the load lifted above the rails where it will be deposited. The number of aisles needed in this system is minimal and therefore, the available space is used to the maximum, both in surface and in volume.<\/p>\n

    Drive-in:<\/strong> The forklift enters the lane to deposit\/collect the pallet and exits the lane in the opposite direction:<\/p>\n

    • Pallets are accessed from the front of the racking.<\/li>\n
    • The type of stored load is restricted, being this system suitable for\u00a0<\/span><\/span>homogeneous loads<\/span><\/span>, achieving very high storage volumes<\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n
    • A single access aisle is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
